Cannabinoid Dosage
Each person's body reacts differently to cannabinoids, so start CBD dosage with a starting dose of 0.5mg CBD per kilogram of body weight. Observe how CBD works and, if necessary, increase or decrease the dose until you achieve the desired effect.
How does this look in practice? If you weigh 100 kg, then the starting daily dose will be 50mg CBD (not to be confused with milliliters). Cannabinoids are metabolized (broken down) within 8-10 hours. So, if you want an effect around the clock, then you will need to take it twice a day, 25mg each. If you need a stronger effect at night, then use 50mg in the evening. As I already mentioned, this is a starting dose. You will titrate the dose that suits you over time. The human body absorbs CBD oil “orally”, i.e. through the digestive tract (by mouth) or through the skin (applied to the skin and rubbed in). When used “orally”, the effect will be faster, especially if you put it under the tongue.
